If you like to work with your hands, are interested in learning more about electronics and how things work and are a good communicator, we can train you to repair equipment and field tech support calls at the company repair center.
JOB DESCRIPTION Providing excellent customer service and technical support over the phone and via email Troubleshooting and identifying replacement parts for equipment Taking and filling replacement part orders Basic repairs to returned units REQUIREMENTS Experience in soldering with mechanical inclination, but will train Strong work ethic and organizational skills Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline driven manufacturing environment Able to work on foot for extended periods of time Must be a team player Reliable mode of transportation THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSITION BENEFITS WE PROVIDE Paid Sick and Paid Vacation Time Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Direct deposit Growth potential
