The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Company, maintaining high standards of manufacturning and ensuring that staff is following protocols and procedures.
Responsibilities - Oversee all aspects of operations - Ensure compliance with manufacturing protocols - Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs - Collaborate with the managers to maximize efficiency - Conduct regular performance evaluations for managers Qualifications - Previous experience in operations management - Strong knowledge of manufacturing industry practices and trends - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Proven track record in management If you are a dynamic leader, we invite you to apply for the position of General Manager.
